Change what a building says without touching the building. A wrap delivers a facade-scale rebrand in days, at a fraction of the cost and disruption of repainting or recladding.

Cover scaffolding or an unfinished facade with branded graphics instead of leaving it bare. A wrapped site markets the finished project while the work is still underway.

Exterior wrap material has to survive sustained UV exposure and heat, not just look sharp the week it goes up. In Southern California that's the whole specification question — a wrap that would last comfortably in a milder climate can chalk, fade, and lift years early on a west-facing SoCal elevation.
We spec UV-stable, fade-resistant vinyl rated for multi-year outdoor exposure, with adhesive systems chosen for the actual surface — smooth panel, stucco, masonry, or glass all behave differently under thermal cycling.
For wrapped storefront glass, perforated window film keeps the graphic solid from the street while maintaining visibility from inside, so occupied space behind the glass doesn't go blind for the length of the campaign.
Weatherproof lamination goes over the print for added durability against sun and moisture. It's the single cheapest thing you can add to an exterior wrap and the first thing a low bid leaves off.
Real information, stated at the confidence level it deserves.
Large exterior graphics and building wraps can be subject to local sign ordinances, and requirements vary significantly by city — size limits, illumination rules, and permit requirements are set at the municipal level, not statewide.
We can help design within common local constraints, but permitting is ultimately the property owner's responsibility, and we'd recommend confirming requirements with your city's planning or building department before a large-scale wrap project — especially for anything visible from a public right-of-way.
What we will do is provide accurate dimensions, material specifications, and mockups in whatever format your city or your sign consultant needs to review an application.
Four steps, including the access planning most quotes skip.
We measure the facade and evaluate the practical constraints — surface material and condition, structural attachment points, wind exposure, and how crews will physically reach every part of the surface.
Artwork is developed or adapted at facade scale, then proofed against a photo of the actual building so you see how it reads from the street before anything is produced.
Printed on UV-stable outdoor media with a weatherproof laminate, panelized for the elevation so seams fall on architectural lines rather than across the middle of your logo.
Installed by crews working from lifts or scaffolding on taller buildings, with panel alignment set to a surveyed grid so the image stays true across multiple stories.
FAQs
It depends on material grade and orientation. A quality UV-stable wrap with weatherproof lamination is specified for multi-year outdoor service, but a south or west elevation in full SoCal sun will age faster than a shaded north face. We give you a realistic expectation for your specific building rather than a brochure number.
Quite possibly — and you need to confirm that locally. Sign ordinances are set at the municipal level and vary significantly by city, especially for anything visible from a public right-of-way. Check with your city's planning or building department before committing to a large-scale wrap. We design and install; permitting is the property owner's responsibility.
Yes. Perforated window film is made for exactly this — printed graphics read as solid from outside while occupants keep a usable view out. It does reduce interior light somewhat, which we'll factor into the design where occupied space is behind the glass.
Properly specified and installed material handles Southern California heat and normal wind loading. Failures almost always trace to under-spec material, poor surface prep, or edges that weren't sealed. Wind exposure on tall or corner elevations is part of what we assess before quoting.
Yes. Removable-adhesive systems are standard for event and campaign work, and professional removal takes both the film and its adhesive off without damaging the underlying surface. Tell us the intended duration up front — it changes which material we spec.
Yes, with lift or scaffolding access arranged as part of the project. Access equipment, site safety, and any building-management coordination are scoped into the proposal so there are no surprises on install day.
